Sizing

Palm products are sized by professional pattern cutters to ensure the highest levels performance and comfort. Our sizing guides are here to help you choose the correct size of product and provide tips and hints on fitting and usage.

Measurements refer to body size and not garment dimensions - unless noted. Our garment sizing is based on 'average' body dimensions and may vary from other suppliers or similar products.

If you have any questions, please check with Customer Service or via at your local stockist.

Useful sizing info:

Neck: Use a piece of string to measure the fullest part of the neck.
Chest/Bust: Measurement should be taken around the fullest part, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Sleeves: With elbow bent, measure from center (back) of neck to elbow and down to wrist.
Waist: Measure loosely around waist at the height you prefer to wear the waistband.

Inseam: Take a pair of pants that fit well and measure from the crotch to the bottom of leg. All pants come with a finished hem.
Hands: Measure around the fullest part of the hand, not including the thumb.

Feet: Our footwear corresponds with standard sizes (UK, EURO, US). Our range is designed to fit securely and you may wish to consider a larger size if you intend to wear additional footwear such as socks.

Repairs and Returns

Returns:

If a product does not perform to your statisfaction or has a defect (within the terms of the guarantee) then you can send it back to us for evaluation.

The product may be sent directly to Palm Equipment International Ltd or sent to your represented distributor/ retailer (carriage/freight pre-paid). To process a claim we require:

The original invoice/receipt number and date of purchase
Your name, address and daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address.
Details of the defect or fault - please use warranty return forms to indicate this.

Repairs:

If one of our products needs to be repaired you can send it to us for evaluation and where possible repair.

The product may be sent directly to Palm Equipment International Ltd or sent to your represented distributor/ retailer (carriage/freight pre-paid). To process a claim we require:

The original invoice/receipt number and date of purchase
Your name, address and daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address.
Details of the repair - please use repair return forms to indicate this.

Please Note: We take pride in providing a first class, professional repairs service and we stitch and tape all latex seals. Non-authorised replacement of latex seals may null and void the warranty of your garment.

Non Warranty Repairs
Minimum charge for repairs to garments outside of warranty terms. If the repair cost is greater than £28.00 we will contact you and advise you accordingly.

Please return the relevent completed form together with the item to be repaired, proof of purchase and any payment due (cheques to Palm Equipment International Ltd) to the address at the bottom of the page.

 

Our Guarantee:

Palm Equipment International Ltd products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of consumer purchase. The guarantee is only valid to the original retail consumer purchaser against defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective during the first 12 months of use due to a manufacturing failure, Palm Equipment International Ltd will repair or replace at our option any defective part.

The product may be sent directly to Palm Equipment International Ltd or sent to your represented distributor (carriage/freight pre-paid) and enclose the original invoice/receipt number and date of purchase along with your name, address and daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration or unauthorised repair.
Due to the vulnerability of latex seals they carry no guarantee once the garment has been worn by the consumer.
Clothing must be clean and dry before being sent back for warranty and repair work. Wet or dirty products will not be repaired and will be returned to sender Please allow up to 21 days for items to be returned.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
